Users of the Dena’ina Qenaga website (www.Qenaga.org) agree to the following conditions on the use of Dena’ina Qenaga resources:

  1. I will not use any text, audio, video or image resource from the Qenaga.org site for commercial purposes.
  2. I will respect the intellectual property rights and copyrights that pertain to the materials on the Qenaga.org site.
  3. I will not alter or modify any text, audio, video or image resource in the Qenaga.org, without a legal authorization to do so, for example, fair use, or without prior explicit permission from the resource's creators.

  6. I absolve Qenaga.org and the Alaska Native Language Center of any liability for improper use of archival materials.
  7. I will cite any reference to a resource contained in the Qenaga.org site that I make use of in any published work in appropriate manner which acknowledges the original creator(s) of the resource.




The Dena’ina Qenaga website endorses the guidelines for Respecting Cultural Heritage, as set forward by the Assembly of Alaska Native Educators. In particular,
